Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed under RN oversight
- Monitor residents’ conditions, identify changes, and document findings in the care record
- Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living (ADLs) and comfort measures
- Assist with routine nursing duties such as wound care, vital signs, and specimen collection as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to updated care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Nebraska or eligibility with license in good standing
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Experience in a long-term care or geriatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Capacity to meet the 04/19/2026 start date and complete a 13-week assignment
