Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) travel assignment in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a travel - temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Start date: 2 weeks from offer. Contract length: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,320–$1,411 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This opening is for a travel role supporting resident care in a long-term care environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policy; document accurately
- Monitor resident status, including vital signs, pain levels, and daily assessments; communicate changes promptly
- Assist with activities of daily living, support mobility, and promote safety and dignity
- Maintain infection control practices, safety protocols, and resident privacy in accordance with HIPAA
- Collaborate with the care team to implement and update care plans; participate in care conferences as needed
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license; Nebraska licensure or eligibility for endorsement/transfer as applicable
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a skilled nursing setting
- Must bring gait belts to assignment
- Ability to adhere to facility policies and participate in required training and orientation
