Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies; implement and adjust individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor patient status, perform physical assessments, administer medications and treatments, and document findings accurately in the EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with LNA staff, Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor to coordinate care, maintain appropriate staffing levels, and ensure patient safety and comfort
- Participate in charge nurse duties as assigned, prioritize patient flow, and uphold 6:1 patient ratio (at the most) to support safe staffing
- Contribute to discharge planning and patient education, supporting smooth transitions of care and continuity across shifts
- Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements and agency protocols, including appropriate licensing and credentialing for all assignments

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license; must be uploaded with profile
- NH Temporary Health Care Service Agency license/registration certificate required; upload before submission
- 3+ years current Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- CHARGE experience required
- EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
- Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
- Candidate must have own transportation and be eligible for travel assignments as applicable
