Responsibilities
- Operate CT imaging equipment to produce cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes
- Perform imaging procedures not limited to CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy
- Ensure image quality and adherence to radiology safety standards, including patient positioning and workflow efficiency
- Prepare patients for imaging studies, verify requisitions, and maintain accurate imaging records
- Assist with equipment safety checks, contrast administration when appropriate, and adherence to ALARA principles
- Collaborate with interpreting clinicians and other imaging staff to deliver timely, quality patient care
Requirements
- Proficiency in operating CT equipment with ability to perform CT imaging procedures
- Experience or demonstrated ability to perform general radiography and fluoroscopy as part of imaging services
- Ability to work a rotating, 12-hour shift schedule
- Willingness to work in a home healthcare - hospice environment
- Current radiology credentials as required by applicable state regulations
- Access to reliable transportation for a 52-week travel assignment
