Travel Respiratory Therapist Job
RT (Respiratory Therapist) in Broadview Heights, Ohio. This travel assignment begins 03/30/2026 for a 13-week contract in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Weekly pay ranges from $1,795 to $1,868 per week with 35 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (07:00–19:00).

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed respiratory therapies and procedures (oxygen therapy, nebulized meds, chest physiotherapy) per physician orders.
- Monitor patients’ respiratory status and response to therapies; adjust oxygen delivery and treatments per protocol.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain respiratory equipment; ensure proper infection control and device cleaning.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to support care plans, discharge planning, and patient comfort.
- Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record; communicate changes to the supervising clinician.
- Educate patients and families on pulmonary care, inhaler technique, oxygen safety, and device use; reinforce adherence and safety.
Requirements
- Active Respiratory Therapist license to practice in Ohio (or ability to obtain if moving between states)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and travel for a temporary assignment
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings and travel compliance
