Travel Registered Nurse CCU Job
Registered Nurse – CCU/CVICU, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This travel assignment starts May 5, 2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Earn $2,461–$2,514 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shift is 3x12-hour nights (1900–0730) rotating with weekends in a hospital setting; day-0 CVICU experience is required to cover CVICU and CCU care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care for CCU and CVICU patients, applying advanced critical care nursing skills
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, ventilator status, and vasoactive infusions; respond to alarms and deteriorations
- Administer medications and therapies as ordered, with emphasis on cardiovascular and post-procedural care
- Collaborate with cath lab teams (including hybrid labs) to support post-procedure recovery and continuous cardiac monitoring
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record; participate in rounds and care planning
- Participate in on-call rotation as required to support unit staffing and patient needs
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
- 3 years RN Critical Care experience; Day 0 CVICU experience with CVICU skills
- Nursys RN License on file
- Permanent address at least 75 miles from the facility; ability to work 12-hour night shifts, weekend rotation, and on-call shifts
