Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Oncology Telemetry (Travel) opportunity in Saint Louis, Missouri. Start date 08/24/2026 for several weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,785 to $1,966 per week, with 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12 night shift. This is an acute-care hospital assignment on a 28-bed Medical-Surgical Oncology unit (with two comfort-care suites). The role involves direct patient care for adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients, with EPIC charting required.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients on a Medical-Surgical Oncology unit, including medical, surgical, and chemotherapy-related needs
- Administer medications, including chemotherapy per protocol, monitor IV access and port management, and manage PCA as ordered
- Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias; respond to rapid responses and codes as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Implement isolation precautions and PPE protocols; adhere to safety standards and infection control practices
- Document thoroughly in EPIC; participate in care planning, patient and family education, and discharge planning
- Float within the service line as needed; collaborate with unit secretary and other care team members

Requirements
- Active RN license in Missouri or eligible; pending license accepted per state rules
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-timers accepted
- EPIC charting experience required
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), NIHSS, Fire Safety
- Ability to work Nights on a 3x12 schedule; able to float within the service line as needed
- Local candidates within a 75-mile radius will not be considered
- RTO: Maximum 7 days; no RTO during the first week of assignment; finalization of RTO at submission
- Orientation: 38 hours required; onboarding labs and pre-start modules completed per compliance materials
