Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Franklin, NH | Start 04/01/2026 | 8 weeks | $1,178–$1,242 per week | Guaranteed 36 hours | Nights shift (3x12) | Skilled Nursing Facility, Travel - Temporary Assignment | LOCAL ONLY; OT not guaranteed; every other weekend required.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor resident status, perform head-to-toe assessments, document vital signs, and report changes to the supervising RN
- Participate in care planning and ensure accurate MAR documentation and charting in the electronic system
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, infection control, and timely escalation of concerns
- Maintain professional standards, safety procedures, and adherence to regulatory requirements for long-term care
Requirements
- Active Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire (or eligible for NH licensure)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Ability to work nights and participate in a rotating schedule as required
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work independently as well as with a team
