Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and document accurately per care plans and MAR
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes, and report to the interdisciplinary team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility
- Collaborate with charge nurses, physicians, and other team members to update and execute care plans
- Ensure accurate charting, compliance with regulations, and timely response to resident needs
Requirements
- Active LPN license
- BLS certification or ability to obtain
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 3x12-hour schedule
- Strong communication and documentation skills
