Travel Registered Nurse House Supervisor Job
Registered Nurse – House Supervisor in Lake Isabella, California, starting 06/08/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay: 2,144 to 2,221 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the emergency department with house supervisor responsibilities during designated shifts
- Triage patients safely, rapidly, and accurately; assess status and initiate timely interventions
- Communicate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team about patient status and care plans
- Supervise on-shift nursing staff, coordinate patient flow, bed management, and resource allocation
- Document care plans, changes in condition, and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Cross-train in other nursing departments and float to Med-Surg when required
- Ensure safe medication administration and adherence to hospital policies
Requirements
- Current California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- 2+ years of recent ER experience preferred
- Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (T-System and CPSI)
- Must pass nursing medication test
- Strong written and verbal English communication; professional interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to float to Med-Surg as needed and to cross-train in other departments
