Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Brentwood, New Hampshire. This travel, temporary assignment is a multi-week opportunity starting 06/29/2026 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The shift is 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm in a LTC - Nursing Home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,043 to $2,174.

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care; update care plans as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor resident status, respond to changes, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including CNAs, therapists, and social services
- Document care activities accurately in the electronic medical record; uphold safety and infection control standards
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire (or eligible for licensure)
- Ability to work the listed shift in a long-term care setting
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN degree (ASN or BSN)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficient in clinical documentation
- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
