Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This travel - temporary assignment starts April 1, 2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $811 to $835, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12-hour nights. Local only assignment.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses under physician orders
- Perform routine nursing duties appropriate for an LPN in LTC, including vitals, routine wound care, and post-procedure care
- Assess residents, document findings, and communicate changes promptly to the RN and care team
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort measures
- Maintain accurate charting, MAR entries, and documentation in the resident’s medical records
- Uphold safety, infection prevention, and quality standards; respond to calls and emergencies per facility policy
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work nights in a LTC environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited LPN program
- Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills; reliable and adaptable to a fast-paced geriatric setting
