Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment and produce cross-sectional images for radiologist interpretation
- Perform CT procedures and related imaging exams, including general radiography and fluoroscopy as needed
- Utilize PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images accurately and promptly
- Position patients, optimize imaging quality, and monitor radiation dose
- Maintain accurate patient records, files, and billing information; adhere to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance/calibration and manage supply inventory
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to ensure timely and safe patient care

Requirements
- ARRT certification: R.T. (R)(CT) or R.T. (R) (ARRT) – Required
- CA state licensure as Radiologic Technologist (RT) – Required
- Advanced CT certification – Required (CA preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – Required
- Fluoroscopy license in CA (if operating fluoroscopy) – Required
- Venipuncture certification (if administering contrast) – Required
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology – Preferred
- Minimum two years of recent radiology experience
- EPIC experience – Must have EPIC experience
- Ability to work night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM on this assignment as applicable) and travel assignment
