Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Albuquerque, New Mexico. This travel assignment begins on 04/01/2026 for 6 weeks with a weekly pay range of 806 to 858 and guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12 hours, nights (18:00–06:30) in a long-term care setting. This is a temporary, travel-focused position without a fixed facility identifier.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including routine assessments and monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders, in accordance with facility policy.
- Monitor patient vital signs, observe for changes in condition, and communicate findings to the care team.
- Document care accurately in patient records and ensure timely handoffs during shift changes.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and support rehabilitation and safety goals.
- Adhere to infection control practices, safety protocols, and quality care standards.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- LPN diploma or equivalent from an accredited program
- Ability to work night shifts and meet guaranteed hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
