Registered Nurse – Oncology (Travel - Temporary Assignment) in Marysville, California. Start date 08/10/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,628–$1,683. 36 guaranteed hours per week on 12-hour day shifts. Hospital setting. This travel assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care for oncology patients across age groups as assigned by the unit
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in alignment with the medical plan of care and input from patients and families
- Collaborate with physicians and other members of the health care team to coordinate delivery of care and support transitions
- Administer medications and therapies, monitor for adverse effects, document accurately, and adjust care as orders change
- Deliver patient and family education, discharge planning, and ongoing outcomes monitoring
- Delegate appropriate tasks to other nursing staff (e.g., CNAs) based on current clinical competence and scope of practice
- This position is represented by CNA
Requirements
- Active California Registered Nurse license or eligibility to practice in California
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with a 36-hour weekly schedule
- Direct patient care experience in a hospital setting; oncology experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary teams
- Capacity to care for patients across age groups as assigned by the unit
