Role specifics and benefits: In this ICU nurse role, you’ll monitor critical patients, interpret hemodynamics, titrate ventilator and vasoactive infusions, perform line management (arterial, central venous), assist with procedures, and collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and palliative care teams to optimize outcomes. You’ll lead care planning, participate in rounds, and pursue ongoing skill advancement through unit-based education and cross-training opportunities, positioning you for leadership roles within critical care. The compensation supports your expertise with a competitive pay range of 2,230 to 2,430 per week, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week and the potential for extension into additional weeks or contracts. A sign-on or completion bonus is available, and housing assistance is provided to ease relocation and living costs, so you can focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
