- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making in demanding situations.
- Respond to emergencies, participate in rapid assessment and escalation as needed.
Requirements
- Active RN license (state of practice as applicable)
- 1+ year of ER or high-acuity patient care experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Strong critical thinking and teamwork skills
