Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) – Travel assignment in Lawrenceville, GA. Start date 09/14/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,022–$2,103 per week, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: four 10-hour days. Setting: hospital.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic transthoracic echocardiography and related cardiac ultrasound studies, acquiring high-quality images for adult and pediatric patients as needed.
- Operate and optimize ultrasound equipment across 2D, Doppler, M-mode, and other modalities; ensure patient safety and comfort during exams.
- Prepare studies for physician interpretation; document preliminary findings per protocol and ensure accurate labeling of studies.
- Maintain equipment, monitor image quality, and troubleshoot as needed; adhere to infection control and safety policies.
- Collaborate with cardiology, nursing, and imaging teams; comply with HIPAA and other privacy regulations; participate in holiday coverage as required by the assignment.
Requirements
- Primary echocardiography credential: RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS/RCCS (CCI) or ACS (CCI)
- Additional credential in one of the following: RVT (ARDMS), RVS (CCI), or RS (ARRT)
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the cardiac sonography specialty
- BLS certification
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a travel assignment
