Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – travel assignment in a hospital setting located in Glens Falls, New York. Start date July 30, 2026 for a 13-week assignment with 3x12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM–6:30 AM). Weekly pay $2,050 to $2,138 per week. This is a travel - temporary assignment with no guaranteed hours. Epic experience is required, along with comprehensive cardiopulmonary care responsibilities and strong collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
- Provide cardiopulmonary evaluation and respiratory care for patients of all ages per physician orders and clinical protocols
- Manage and monitor airway support, ventilator management, oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and related procedures
- Perform procedures such as inhalation therapy, chest physiotherapy, airway suctioning, and bronchodilator administration
- Monitor patient status, interpret data from monitors, and adjust therapy as indicated; respond to clinical changes and participate in life support as needed
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members; document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Epic
- Educate patients and families about therapies, devices, and home-care considerations; ensure safe and effective discharge planning
Requirements
- Licenses and certifications: New York State Respiratory Therapy License (active); NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
- Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited respiratory care program
- Experience: Critical Care Proficient; Labor & Delivery/Neonatal Resuscitation experience required
- Onboarding and compliance: NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be uploaded upfront; able to complete a 14-panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance
- Epic experience: Prior experience using Epic for documentation and orders
- Additional: Must be able to work in a hospital setting; COVID vaccinations encouraged but not required
