Responsibilities
- Perform Computed Tomography imaging procedures following department protocols.
- Set up CT equipment, select imaging parameters, and position patients to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering age-appropriate care during imaging exams.
- Apply independent judgment and initiative in utilizing imaging equipment for diagnosis and treatment support.
- Maintain documentation of procedures and verify image quality for radiologist review.
- Adhere to department procedures and safety standards in all imaging exams.
Requirements
- Flexible with work hours to meet department needs and shift requirements.
- Dependable, accountable, and cooperative team member.
- Knowledgeable in safely obtaining quality diagnostic studies and in operating imaging equipment.
- Ability to independently perform imaging procedures and position patients for CT exams.
- Comfortable working in a hospital imaging environment with patient-centered care.
- Travel assignment availability for the 8-week contract period starting 11/02/2026.
