Responsibilities
- Function under the direction of the Chief Technologist and Vascular Institute Manager.
- Assist with providing safe, age-appropriate care by performing all exams in the department according to procedures.
- Set up imaging equipment and position patients for interventional procedures to obtain quality diagnostic studies.
- Perform a wide variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in equipment utilization for diagnosis and/or treatment.
- Independently perform job functions and contribute to imaging service delivery in IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional settings.
- Collaborate with the IR team and other clinical staff to ensure patient safety, procedural efficiency, and accurate image acquisition.

Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist license as required by the state of Georgia (or current eligibility to practice in Georgia).
- Interventional radiology procedural certifications or equivalent credentials preferred; eligible candidates considered.
- Relevant experience in interventional radiology, including IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional procedures.
- Ability to work in IR, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional settings and to operate independently within department protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered, age-appropriate care and to follow safety and radiation protection guidelines.
- Eligible for travel assignments and able to meet facility-specific onboarding and credentialing requirements.
