Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy support under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Implement prescribed components of patient interventions, collect data on progress, and adjust interventions as directed to progress function and ensure safety
- Support patients across the age spectrum (newborns to elderly) with mobility, functional activities, and therapeutic goals
- Assist with documentation and communication within the rehab team to ensure cohesive care planning
- Adapt treatment plans for in-patient, outpatient, and home health settings as appropriate to patient needs and safety considerations

Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensure/Credentialing: Currently credentialed by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Division of Professions and Occupations, State Physical Therapy Board
- Certification: Verification of current Basic Life Support (BLS) instruction
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience, with inpatient experience required; outpatient experience preferred
- Other: Ability to work effectively in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings; strong communication and collaboration skills
- Language: Bi-lingual capabilities helpful but not required
