Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following physician orders and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, document accurately, and report adverse reactions or changes in patient condition
- Monitor vital signs, perform focused assessments, and contribute to ongoing care planning with the nursing team
- Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate with certified nursing assistants to ensure safe, compassionate care
- Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies, ensuring resident safety and comfort throughout the shift
- Document care activities clearly and timely, maintaining compliance with regulatory and facility standards

Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license appropriate for practice in the United States
- Availability to work night shifts and adjust to a travel assignment schedule
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong assessment, observation, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and follow care plans
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen as part of the onboarding process
