Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care (LTC) - Travel assignment in New Holland, PA. Start date 04/15/2026 for a 6-week assignment with 40 guaranteed hours per week on a night schedule (10:30 PM–7:00 AM), Sundays through Thursdays. Setting: Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) providing LTC and skilled nursing services. Weekly pay: $2,177–$2,239 per week. Employment type: travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, resident-centered nursing care to LTC residents according to individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document in the electronic or paper chart
- Monitor residents’ conditions, recognize changes, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
- Respond to call bells, falls, and emergencies; prioritize safety and comfort for residents
- Supervise and support nursing assistants within scope of practice; ensure accurate shift handoffs and documentation
Requirements
- Current licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure in PA
- Prior LTC supervisor experience with excellent references
- Ability to work the scheduled night shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM) and Sunday–Thursday
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Available for a 6-week assignment and committed to the designated schedule
