Certified Nursing Assistant (LNA) – South Burlington, Vermont, United States. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 03/24/2026 for several weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: North | Day and/or Evening. Weekly pay range: $1,281–$1,343 per week. The role may be in a general care setting and requires travel to the assignment location.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living per individualized care plans (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Provide routine patient care tasks under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes or concerns promptly
- Support mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; follow infection prevention practices
- Communicate clearly with residents, families, and the health care team to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
- Current LNA/CNA certification or eligibility as required by state regulations
- Ability to work day and/or evening shifts as assigned
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Physical ability to perform CNA duties (standing, lifting, transferring, assisting residents)
- Patient-focused with a commitment to safety and quality care
- Prior CNA/LNA travel experience preferred but not required
