- Key responsibilities: As the OR nurse, you will prepare the operating room for diverse surgical procedures, ensure sterile technique and patient safety, assist surgeons and anesthesiologists, manage instruments and equipment, monitor patient status before, during, and after anesthesia, and support efficient turnover between cases.
