Responsibilities
- Provide ICU-level nursing care to patients under a hospice/home health plan, including vital signs monitoring and assessment.
- Administer prescribed medications and IV therapies, monitor responses, and intervene as needed within scope of practice.
- Operate and supervise life-sustaining equipment as required, and escalate changes in patient condition promptly to the care team.
- Develop, implement, and update care plans in collaboration with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Document care activities accurately in the medical record; ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and families about care plans, symptom management, and discharge planning as appropriate to the setting.

Requirements
- California RN license (active)
- AHA BLS required
- AHA ACLS required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety training required
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience; at least 3 years of recent ICU experience
- Education: BSN preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and to float to a satellite campus within the network
- Acute care facility experience preferred
