Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per the established plan of care.
- Monitor resident status, perform routine assessments, document findings, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Provide wound care, dressing changes, and skin-care maintenance as ordered; support prevention of pressure injuries.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including mobility, bathing, grooming, and feeding; promote resident comfort and dignity.
- Conduct accurate intake and output, monitor vital signs, and report deviations or changes promptly.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in care conferences, and respond to call lights and emergent situations in a timely manner.
Requirements
