- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion to optimize patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with families, provide education as appropriate, and ensure continuity of care during shifts
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state requirements to be verified during hiring)
- NICU experience preferred; ability to work in a NICU setting
- Ability to work night shifts and 12-hour rotations
- Eligibility for travel assignment in the United States
