Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care in Belen, New Mexico. This travel assignment begins July 1, 2026 and runs for 9 weeks. It offers $894-$903 per week with guaranteed 36 hours. Shifts are 3x12-hour nights (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) in a skilled nursing facility as a local-only assignment (no relocation required).

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including monitoring vitals, documenting assessments, and reporting changes to the supervising nurse
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety per care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and personal care to promote comfort and safety
- Support wound care, dressing changes, and routine clinical procedures within scope of practice
- Collaborate with the RN and interdisciplinary team to update care plans and deliver coordinated, resident-centered care
- Maintain accurate charting, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold infection control and safety standards
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a local, travel assignment
- Availability to start on July 1, 2026 for a 9-week contract
