Travel Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Job
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a travel, temporary assignment in a skilled nursing setting with an eight-week contract. Start date is April 1, 2026. Earn a weekly pay rate in the range of $643 to $694. Shift pattern is 3 days of 12-hour shifts (06:00–18:00). This role is open to local candidates only and emphasizes hands-on patient care within a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Support mobility and safe transfers, including assistance with range-of-motion exercises and device-assisted mobility as directed.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, vital signs, pain levels, and daily activities to the supervising licensed nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment; manage patient belongings, personal privacy, and infection prevention practices.
- Document care provided and communicate clearly with the care team to ensure continuity of care and accurate handoffs.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New Mexico
- Completion of an approved CNA program and state certification
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a skilled nursing setting
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
