Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele (MS/Tele), Nights — Saint Louis, MO. Travel assignment begins 06/29/2026 and runs for Weeks. Weekly pay: $2,062–$2,225 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week (for 3x12 shifts). Shift: 3x12 Nights. Setting: acute care hospital.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units, including post-surgical CTS patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond to telemetry alarms and changes in patient status.
- Administer medications, initiate IV therapy, and manage care per physician orders.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and document assessments, interventions, and progress in the electronic charting system (Epic).
- Assist with discharge planning, patient education, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout shifts.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in unit rounding and care coordination as needed.
Requirements
- Licensure: Missouri RN license or MO compact license; MO submission without license is acceptable for submittal; IL license in hand required at time of submittal; Compact licenses must match permanent residence or ETA update.
- Certifications: BCLS (BLS) and NIHSS required; ACLS required only for select MS/Tele locations (verify for this assignment if applicable).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry experience.
- Additional: Telemetry care, dysrhythmia recognition & management; Epic charting experience preferred; ability to float within telemetry/service line as needed; comfortable with nights and every-other-weekend scheduling.
- Compliance: Labs must be completed within 48–72 hours of signing; pre-start modules (WorkRamp) required and start within 1 week; up to 16 billable hours for pre-start training; RTO restrictions apply (max 7 days within a 13-week contract; no RTO during the first week); local candidates within 75 miles are not accepted.
