- Develop, implement, and adjust care plans in collaboration with the care team; document outcomes and progress
- Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to ancillary personnel within scope of practice
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support safe, quality care
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license in California (RN)
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a hospital setting
- Demonstrated ability to care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Eligibility for a 13-week travel assignment
