Responsibilities

- Provide basic nursing care and assist with activities of daily living to support comfort and safety.
- Document care provided in the resident’s chart and contribute to updating care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement plans and address changes in residents’ needs.
- Maintain infection control standards, ensure safety, and respond to call lights and emergencies as appropriate.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Mexico.
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program (LPN diploma).
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
- Ability to work nights on a 3x12 shift schedule.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; comfortable with electronic charting.
- Able to pass required background check and drug screen.
