Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 pm–7:00 am, 12x3 schedule. Work setting: hospital acute medicine/Med Surg unit.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult oncology patients on an acute medicine/Med Surg unit
- Assess patient status, monitor vitals, and administer prescribed medications and therapies per plan of care
- Manage IV therapies and infusion-related care as appropriate for oncology patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans, symptom management, and discharge planning
- Document care and progress in the electronic medical record; ensure safety and adherence to policies
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum recent experience in oncology or acute Med Surg
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a) and meet travel assignment requirements
- Geographic restriction: No local candidates within 50 miles
