Travel Surgical Tech Job
Travel surgical technologist position focused on cardiovascular cases in Lodi, CA. Start date: 04/06/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay: $1,390–$1,465 per week. 40 hours per week on a day shift (8-hour days). Setting is a short-term acute care hospital. This is a travel - temporary assignment for a Surgical Tech with heart experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for procedures, including setting up sterile fields and equipment
- Maintain aseptic technique throughout procedures; assist the surgical team with instrument and supply management
- Pass instruments, sutures, and supplies in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist with intraoperative counts and documentation; help with patient positioning as directed
- Support cardiovascular (CV) procedures as needed; respond to changes in case flow and assist team to ensure patient safety
- Verify equipment function and troubleshoot basic issues; collaborate with circulator and anesthesia teams
Requirements
- Certification: Certified Surgical Technician (CST) or Tech in Surgery TS-C (NCCT) required
- Cardiovascular experience: Heart/CV experience required; minimum 2 years CV OR experience; recent practice in CV settings
- BLS required
- Education: Surgical Technology certification (CST) or TS-C
- Additional: CNA certification preferred
- Eligibility: Must be able to work in a hospital setting in the United States
