Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Milton, Massachusetts. Travel assignment beginning 11/24/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,545 to $2,794. Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly. Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 3 days per week, with every other weekend. Hospital setting on a telemetry-capable medical-surgical unit. Requires Massachusetts RN license at submission and Epic EMR experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for adult medical-surgical patients on a telemetry-capable unit, monitoring condition and responding to changes.
- Monitor vital signs and rhythm strips, interpret telemetry as needed, and escalate findings per protocol.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies, manage IV therapy, and support care plans.
- Document care and interventions in the electronic health record (Epic); ensure accuracy and legibility.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, adhere to infection prevention standards, and assist with procedures as required.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing) required at submission
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute Medical-Surgical with Telemetry experience
- Certifications: CPR and ACLS (BLS and ACLS)
- Epic experience required
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to work in a hospital Telemetry/Med-Surg setting and interpret ECG rhythms
