Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for a travel temporary assignment in a multi-disciplinary center in Hampton, NH. Start date: 04/30/2026. Contract is 13 weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week and a fixed shift of 07:00–15:30, with every other weekend included. This position is a travel assignment supported by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient status, document vital signs, and assess responses to therapies
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide patient comfort and safety
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and participate in shift handoffs and care conferences
- Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and proper medication storage and waste disposal
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire or eligibility to practice in NH
- Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
- Ability to work the stated shift (07:00–15:30) and every other weekend
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient safety focus
