Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care in Belen, New Mexico. Start date 04/28/2026 for a 12-week travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility. Weekly pay range of $1,425–$1,514 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift consists of three 12-hour daytime shifts, 06:00–18:30.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; document administration accurately.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition; perform routine assessments and report findings to the supervising clinician.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, mobility, feeding) and promote resident safety and comfort.
- Maintain clear, timely nursing notes and contribute to care planning with the RN and interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure continuity of care; respond to calls promptly and prioritize tasks.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, safety policies, medication reconciliation, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Mexico, in good standing
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12-hour daytime shifts (06:00–18:30) with guaranteed hours
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment
