Responsibilities
- Provide Physical Therapy Assistant services under supervision of a licensed physical therapist, following established treatment plans
- Guide and assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities to improve mobility and independence
- Monitor and document patient responses, progress, and any adverse events; adjust activities within the plan of care as directed
- Prepare equipment, assist with setup for therapy sessions, and ensure safety and infection control standards during therapy
- Communicate effectively with the PT, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team; participate in discharge planning and patient/family education as appropriate

Requirements
- Ability to work in a LTAC/SNF setting and contribute to a collaborative care team
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hours
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to patient safety and documentation
- Ability to follow treatment plans under supervision and maintain professional standards of care
