Physical Therapy Assistant (LTAC), travel assignment in Lebanon, New Hampshire, starting December 1, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $1,679–$1,770 per week. Guaranteed hours: 35 per week. Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy assistant services under supervision of a licensed physical therapist in an LTAC-setting rehabilitation program.
- Facilitate patient mobility, strength, balance, ROM, and gait training through individualized, evidence-informed interventions.
- Assist with activities of daily living training and wheelchair mobility as directed by the physical therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress, treatment response, and any changes in status; communicate findings to the PT and interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure patient safety, and follow infection control and safety protocols in all procedures.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other disciplines to support discharge planning and optimize functional outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in good standing in the United States or eligibility for licensure in the relevant state.
- Education: Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Experience: Prior LTAC or skilled nursing setting experience preferred.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a travel assignment and participate effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
