Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) in Hermiston, Oregon. This travel-to-temporary assignment starts 05/26/2026 for 13 weeks in a Critical Access Hospital. Weekly pay ranges from $2,115 to $2,246 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and individualized care to adult Med-Surg patients before and after surgery
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to changes in status
- Initiate and document the computerized Plan of Care on admission; update as patient condition evolves
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional communication with patients, families, and staff
- Float to other departments as needed where qualified; participate in required education for DNV-related programs
- Perform general nursing duties across departments under appropriate supervision
- Contribute to a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred
- Experience: Prior Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred
- Certifications: CMSRN preferred
- Travel-specific: CRASE training preferred; if assignment extends beyond 6 months, CRASE training will be required
- Ability to work in a Critical Access Hospital setting; capable of independent and collaborative practice
