Responsibilities

- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion to prioritize patient needs
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Oregon
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- ER nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week temporary assignment
