MRI Technologist – MRI in Keene, New Hampshire. This travel‑temporary assignment starts on 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks, with dayshift hours at a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols, prioritizing patient safety and image quality.
- Position patients, explain procedures, and provide comfort and monitoring during scanning.
- Administer contrast agents as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions per policy.
- Prepare, operate, and maintain MRI equipment; ensure proper safety measures, screening, and infection control.
- Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to optimize imaging protocols and ensure accurate documentation of findings in the medical record.
- Maintain patient data integrity and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and department standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of current MRI experience in a hospital setting
- ARRT Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT) – active
- New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License (or equivalent) – required
- NH MIRT Temporary License available (with equivalent state license) – very quick turnaround
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification – required
- Must have own reliable transportation for travel assignment
- Perm address must be included in the profile; all medical/occupational compliance items must be ordered/collected and resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance
- Traveler requirements: local address not within 50 miles of the facility; profile must reflect permanent address
