Wound care and dressing changes, wound vac management if applicable, and IV therapy oversight where permitted by licensure will be integral components, along with infusion support where your scope allows. You will coordinate with interdisciplinary teammates to arrange durable medical equipment, therapy services, and community resources, ensuring timely communication with physicians and palliative or end‑of‑life teams when needed.
