Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to all age groups, with exposure to adult ICU/ED and involvement in neonatal/pediatric care as needed
- Manage and monitor ventilator support (e.g., Hamilton C3/T1, V60 NIV, Airvo 2, HFNC) and NIV therapy; adjust settings per physician orders and unit protocols
- Administer prescribed inhaled therapies, perform airway clearance techniques, bronchodilator administration, and other respiratory treatments
- Participate in external transports for adult critical care patients and collaborate with Pulmonary Critical Care physicians and hospitalists on weaning and care plans
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR; adhere to unit protocols and quality documentation standards
- Support the multidisciplinary team during rounds, respond to respiratory emergencies, and provide 24/7 coverage as part of the unit’s plan of care

Requirements
- Certification: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) with active credentials; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP from AHA
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical experience; neonate/pediatric NICU/PICU experience required
- EMR: EPIC experience within the past 2 years is required
- Conditions: Ability to work a 12-hour night shift in a hospital setting; care for all age groups as assigned
- Additional: Must have demonstrated documentation of relevant specialties and clinical history; must be able to collaborate with multiple teams and adapt to unit protocols
