Clinical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) – Home Health travel assignment in Battle Creek, Michigan. Start date 07/06/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,671–$1,777 per week; guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. Work setting: Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to participants in home-based and clinic settings, applying advanced nursing knowledge independently
- Triage emergent situations and manage complex clinical scenarios
- Monitor acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with Primary Care Providers
- Implement and follow care plans to deliver clinic and home-based direct care
- Administer treatments, procedures, and medications as prescribed
- Conduct regular home visits for care and treatment, including wound care, phlebotomy as ordered, and comprehensive nursing assessments
- Collaborate with both licensed and non-licensed team members to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
- Current RN license in Michigan (or as required by the state for practice)
- CPR certification (American Heart Association) or willingness to obtain through the designated program
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with frail elderly or long-term care populations; 1 year home care experience preferred; 1 year wound care experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver’s license, and car insurance; 18 years of age or older
- Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be fully vaccinated against influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, Covid-19, and Hepatitis B
