Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or designated group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; document appropriately and maintain patient safety.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to guide care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain compliance with infection control practices and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to work a 4x10-hour shift pattern (40 hours per week).
