Physical Therapist — travel assignment in Lakeview, Oregon. Specialty: Physical Therapy. Start date: 05/12/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy treatment upon physician referral to address disabilities, disorders, and injuries
- Develop and implement treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to relieve pain and restore or maintain physical function
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes in the medical record
- Collaborate with family members and the health care team to align goals and support recovery
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and self-management strategies
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Licensure: Current, active Physical Therapist license in Oregon (as required by the Oregon State Board of Health)
- Certifications: Current CPR certification
- Experience: Desired, but not required
- Additional requirements: Current valid Oregon driver’s license; ability to work in a rotating shift within a critical access hospital setting
- Skills: Proficient basic computer skills for documentation and communication
