- Document nursing actions and resident status in the Point Click Care (PCC) charting system
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety, infection prevention, and quality of care
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing (U.S.) required
- BLS Certification required
- BSN not required for this assignment
- Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing care preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and a schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday
- Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) or willingness to learn
